Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall convene a working group comprised of personnel determined appropriate by the Administrator to develop— recommendations for establishing childcare facilities for employees at the Administration’s headquarters facility; recommendations for establishing a facility or otherwise assisting with childcare options for employees at airports; and options for the Administration to improve flexibility for employees with children in need of care.
Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall submit to the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the recommendations and findings of the working group established in subsection (a).
