Subsection
(v)of section 114 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: $8,076,294,000 for fiscal year 2022. .
