Section 4013 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (130 Stat. 1883) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking 5 and inserting 13 ; in paragraph (1)— by striking 10 and inserting 18 ; and by striking and at the end; and in paragraph (2), by inserting ; and

(3)section 4007, which shall expire 5 years after the date of its enactment before the final period.
