Not later than 90 days after the date on which the Attorney General awards one or more prizes under section 604(b)(2), the Attorney General shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on the prize competition that includes— a statement by the Attorney General that describes the activities carried out by the Attorney General with respect to the duties described in section 604(a); if the Attorney General has entered into an agreement with a third-party organization under section 604(c)(1), a statement by the Attorney General that describes the activities carried out by the third-party organization with respect to the duties described in section 604(c); and a statement by the Attorney General explaining the basis on which each winner of the prize competition was selected.
