Section 602(a)(2) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 ( 50 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2) ) is amended— by striking $1,000,000 both places it appears and inserting $2,000,000 ; and by striking the Director of National Intelligence shall submit a notification and inserting the head of such component, in coordination with and subject to the approval of the Director of National Intelligence, shall submit a notification .
