Section 6722(b)(2) of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 (division E of Public Law 116–98 ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Quinquennial ; Annual by striking beginning on the date that is 5 years after the date on which the Director submits the report under paragraph (1), and every 5 years thereafter and inserting not later than January 31, 2021, and annually thereafter ; and by inserting required under paragraph
(1)before the period at the end.
