There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy for the programs and activities of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy of the Department of Energy— $4,146,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $4,837,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $5,528,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $6,219,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. Section 5012(o)(2) of the America COMPETES Act ( 42 U.S.C. 16538(o)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $582,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $721,333,333 for fiscal year 2022; $860,666,667 for fiscal year 2023; and $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. .
There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy for the programs and activities of the Office of Science of the Department of Energy— $7,528,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $8,185,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $8,846,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $9,511,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy for the programs and activities of the Office of Electricity of the Department of Energy— $232,869,565 for fiscal year 2021; $271,681,159 for fiscal year 2022; $310,492,754 for fiscal year 2023; and $349,304,348 for fiscal year 2024.
There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy for the programs and activities of the Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs of the Department of Energy— $32,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $37,333,333.33 for fiscal year 2022; $42,666,666.67 for fiscal year 2023; and $48,000,000 for fiscal year 2024.
