The reporting requirements in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)under the heading Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 ( Public Law 114–4 ) shall be applied in fiscal year 2021 with respect to budget year 2022 and current fiscal year 2021, respectively— in paragraph
(1)by substituting fiscal year 2022 for fiscal year 2016 ; and in paragraph
