Funds appropriated in titles I and IX of this Act under the heading Military Personnel may be used for expenses described therein for members of the United States Space Force on active duty: Provided , that amounts appropriated under such headings may be used for payments pursuant to section 156 of Public Law 97–377 , as amended ( 42 U.S.C. 402 note), and to the Department of Defense Military Retirement Fund.
