In determining the formulation and development costs of the James Webb Space Telescope for purposes of section 536 of the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020 (division B of Public Law 116–93 ), such costs shall not be considered to include any costs directly related to preventing, preparing for, and responding to the impacts of a global pandemic health crisis.
