The Secretary shall require any information required to be publicly disclosed for the purpose of comparing institutions of higher education, programs and credentials (including their competencies), to be published using an open source description schema that is designed to allow for public search and comparison through linked open data, such as the credential transparency description language specifications or a substantially similar approach.
