None of the funds made available by this Act or any other Act may be used to relocate any facility providing call center operations for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services unless the Comptroller General has submitted to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate an evaluation of relocation options, which shall include any impact on wages and benefits for employees, contractors, or subcontractors in connection with call center operations.
