None of the funds made available to the Department of Housing and Urban Development by this or any other Act may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or in any way make effective the proposed rule entitled Making Admission or Placement Determinations Based on Sex in Facilities Under Community Planning and Development Housing Programs , transmitted to Congress for review by the Department of Housing and Urban Development on June 12, 2020 (Docket No. FR-6152-P-01), or any final rule based substantially on such proposed rule.
