In this fiscal year and in each fiscal year thereafter, with respect to grant amounts awarded for the Continuum of Care
(CoC)program authorized under subtitle C of title IV of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11381 et seq.) with amounts made available under the heading Homeless Assistance Grants , costs paid by program income of grant recipients may be counted toward meeting the recipient’s matching requirements, provided the costs are eligible CoC costs that supplement the recipient’s CoC program.
