Of the amounts appropriated under Section 401(b)(7)(A)(iv)(XI) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a(b)(7)(A)(iv)(XI) ), $21,000,000 are hereby rescinded, to be derived from amounts made available by such section for fiscal year 2021.
