Section 708(a) of Division II of Public Law 104 -333, as amended by Public Law 110 -229 section 461, is further amended by striking ``$15,000,000'' and inserting ``$17,000,000''. Section 109(a) of Title I of Public Law 106–278 is amended by striking “$10,000,000” and inserting “$12,000,000”.
