Section 201(a)(5)(A) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 601(a)(5)(A) ) is amended by striking that is equal to and all that follows and inserting that is equal to the annual rate of basic pay for level II of the Executive Schedule. . Subparagraph
(B)of section 302(a)(2) of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1382(a)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: The annual rate of pay for the Executive Director may not exceed the annual rate of basic pay for level II of the Executive Schedule. . Section 1 of the Act entitled An Act to fix the annual rates of pay for the Architect of the Capitol and the Assistant Architect of the Capitol ( 2 U.S.C. 1802 ) is amended to read as follows: The compensation of the Architect of the Capitol shall be at an annual rate equal to the annual rate of basic pay for level II of the Executive Schedule. . Subsection
(c)of the first section of the Act entitled An Act to establish by law the position of Chief of the Capitol Police, and for other purposes ( 2 U.S.C. 1902 ) is amended to read as follows: The annual rate of pay for the Chief of the Capitol Police shall be equal to the annual rate of basic pay for level II of the Executive Schedule. .
