Of the unobligated balances available from prior appropriations Acts from the revolving fund established under House Resolution 64, Ninety Eighth Congress, agreed to February 8, 1983, as enacted into permanent law by section 110 of the Congressional Operations Appropriation Act, 1984 ( 2 U.S.C. 4917 ), $212,000 is hereby rescinded. Of the unobligated balances available from prior appropriations Acts from the revolving fund established in the item relating to Stationery under the heading House of Representatives, Contingent Expenses of the House in the first section of the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1948 ( 2 U.S.C. 5534 ), $1,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
Of the unobligated balances available from prior appropriations Acts from the Net Expenses of Telecommunications Revolving Fund under section 102 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2005 ( 2 U.S.C. 5538 ), $2,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
