Contingent upon the enactment of the Great American Outdoors Act (H.R. 1957 of the 116th Congress)— the Secretary of the Interior shall transfer amounts becoming available for expenditure from the Land and Water Conservation Fund in fiscal year 2021 pursuant to section 200303(a) of title 54, United States Code, as amended by such Act, to the agencies and accounts specified, in the amounts specified, and for the activities specified, in the table titled Allocation of Funds from the Land and Water Conservation Fund—Fiscal Year 2021 in the report accompanying this Act; to the extent that the amount becoming available for expenditure in fiscal year 2021 pursuant to such subsection exceeds the total amount specified in the table referenced in this section, such excess amounts shall be transferred to and allocated among the agencies, accounts, and activities in the same proportion as the amounts specified in the table; all amounts required to be transferred pursuant to this section shall be so transferred not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, or 30 days after the date of enactment of the Great American Outdoors Act, whichever is later, and such amounts shall be allocated for the activities specified in the report referenced in subsection
(a)not later than 15 days after such transfer; and notwithstanding any other provision of law, the funds allocated in the table referenced in this section shall hereafter be exempt from apportionment under chapter 15 of title 31, United States Code.
