Funds appropriated by this title under the headings Diplomatic Programs , Operating Expenses , Global Health Programs , Development Assistance , International Disaster Assistance , Economic Support Fund , Assistance for Europe, Eurasia and Central Asia , Migration and Refugee Assistance , Inter-American Foundation , and United States African Development Foundation may be used to reimburse such accounts administered by the Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development for obligations incurred to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus prior to the date of enactment of this Act.
