Amounts made available for the Veterans Health Administration, Medical Community Care account in this or any other Act for fiscal years 2021 and 2022 may be used for expenses that would have otherwise been payable from the Veterans Choice Fund established by section 802 of the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act, as amended ( 38 U.S.C. 1701 note).
