Section 510 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 ( Public Law 104–303 , 110 Stat. 3759; 121 Stat. 1202; 128 Stat. 1317) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(h)as subsection
(i)and inserting after subsection
(g)the following: The total cost of a project carried out under this section may not exceed $15,000,000. ; and in subsection
(i)(as so redesignated), by striking $40,000,000 and inserting $60,000,000 . The Secretary shall conduct public outreach and workshops for non-Federal interests to provide information on the Chesapeake Bay environmental restoration and protection program established under section 510 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996, including how to participate in the program.
