Section 1210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 (132 Stat. 3808) is amended to read as follows: Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 , the Secretary shall submit to Congress and make publicly available a report that describes— the extent to which, during the 10 fiscal years prior to such date of enactment, the Secretary has carried out section 3 of the Act of March 2, 1945 ( 33 U.S.C. 603a ); how the Secretary has evaluated potential work to be carried out under that section; and the extent to which the Secretary plans to start, continue, or complete debris removal activities in the 3 years following submission of the report. .
