Section 1001 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 579a ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking paragraph
(2)and redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); and by striking subsection (c). Section 6003 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c ) is repealed. Section 1301 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 579d ) is repealed. Section 1302 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c–1 ) is repealed. Section 1301 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 ( 33 U.S.C. 579d–1 ) is repealed. Section 1302 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c–2 ) is repealed.
