The Moore Haven Lock and Dam, Moore Haven, Florida, authorized pursuant to the Act of August 30, 1935 (chapter 831, 49 Stat. 1032), shall hereafter be known and designated as the Julian Keen, Jr. Lock and Dam . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Lock and Dam referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the Julian Keen, Jr. Lock and Dam .
