Section 2602 of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 ( 42 U.S.C. 8621 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking through 2007 and inserting through 2030 ; and in subsection (d)— in paragraph (1), by striking through 2004 and inserting through 2030 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking through 2004 and inserting through 2030 .
