Section 136(c) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17013(c) ) is amended by striking December 30, 2020 each place it appears and inserting December 31, 2030 . The amendment made by paragraph
(1)shall take effect on December 31, 2020. Section 136(i) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17013(i) ) is amended by striking 2008 through 2012 and inserting 2021 through 2030 .
