Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking May 23, 2020, and ending September 30, 2020, and for each of fiscal years 2021 and inserting December 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2021, and for each of fiscal years 2022 ; and in clause (ii)— in subclause (I), by striking May 23, 2020, and ending September 30, 2020 and inserting December 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2021 ; and in subclause (II), by striking 2021 and inserting 2022 .
