Section 1834A(a)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395m–1(a)(1)(B) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking December 31, 2020 and inserting December 31, 2021 ; and in clause (ii)— by striking January 1, 2021 and inserting January 1, 2022 ; and by striking March 31, 2021 and inserting March 31, 2022 . Section 1834A(b)(3) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395m–1(b)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking through 2023 and inserting through 2024 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; by redesignating clause
(ii)as clause (iii); by inserting after clause
(i)the following new clause: for 2021, 0 percent; and ; and in clause (iii), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by striking 2021 through 2023 and inserting 2022 through 2024 .
