Section 10503(b)(1)(F) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(1)(F) ) is amended by striking and $2,575,342,466 for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on May 22, 2020 and inserting $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020, and $668,493,151 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020 . Section 10503(b)(2) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; and by striking subparagraph
(G)and inserting the following: $310,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $51,808,219 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020. . Section 340H(g)(1) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256h(g)(1) ) is amended by striking and 2019, and $81,445,205 for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on May 22, 2020 and inserting through fiscal year 2020, and $21,141,096 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020 . Amounts appropriated pursuant to the amendments made by this section for fiscal year 2020 and for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020, shall be subject to the requirements contained in Public Law 116–94 for funds for programs authorized under sections 330 through 340 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254 through 256). Paragraph
(4)of section 3014(h) of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 401(e) of division N of Public Law 116–94 , is amended by striking section 401(d) of division N of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 and inserting section 3831 of the CARES Act .
