Amounts provided for Coast Guard—Operations and Support in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–93 ) may be available for pay and benefits of Coast Guard Yard and Vessel Documentation personnel, Non-Appropriated Funds personnel, and for Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs. No amounts may be used under this section from amounts that were designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to the Concurrent Resolution on the Budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
