The Secretary may extend the term of a marketing assistance loan authorized by section 1201 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9033 ) for any loan commodity to 12 months: , That the authority made available pursuant to this section shall expire on September 30, 2020: Provided , That the amount provided by this section is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
