Sec. 3. Requirement to telework

Effective immediately upon the date of enactment of this Act, the head of any Federal agency shall require any employee of such agency who is authorized to telework under chapter 65 of title 5, United States Code, or any other provision of law, to telework during the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2020. In this section— the term employee has the meaning given that term in section 2(c)(1); and the term telework has the meaning given that term in section 6501(3) of title 5, United States Code.
