Section 136 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3181 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated $8,612,000,000 for fiscal year 2020 to carry out chapter 5. Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations under paragraph
(1)to carry out section 137I are authorized to remain available until expended. .
