Part G of title VIII of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 297w et seq.) is repealed. Part I of title VIII of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 298d ) is repealed. Section 846(a) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 297n(a) ) is amended, in the matter following paragraph (3), by striking After fiscal year 2007, and all that follows through the period at the end.
