In this Act— the term law enforcement officer has the meaning given the term in section 3673 of title 18, United States Code; and the term State has the meaning given the term in section 901(a) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10251(a) ).
