Paragraphs (14)(B) and (15)(B) of section 3676(c) of title 38, United States Code, are each amended— by striking an accrediting agency both places it appears and inserting a specialized accrediting agency for programs of legal education ; and by inserting before the period the following: , from which recipients of law degrees from such accredited programs are eligible to sit for a bar examination in any State . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on August 1, 2021.
