Title VIII of the Communications Act of 1934 ( 47 U.S.C. 641 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Commission to carry out this title— $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $9,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2027. . Section 802(c)(1) of the Communications Act of 1934 ( 47 U.S.C. 642(c)(1) ) is amended by striking create and inserting create, not later than October 1, 2020 .
