Section 322(b)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30124(b)(1) ) is amended— by striking fraudulently ; and by striking or political party and inserting or political committee (including a political committee of a political party) . The amendments made by subsection

(a)shall take effect upon the expiration of the 90-day period which begins on the date of the enactment of this Act.
