In addition to amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 2(a), there is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020 to fund 200,000 incremental vouchers for tenant-based assistance under the housing choice voucher program under section 8(o) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437f(o) ).
