The Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act ( Public Law 116–127 ) is amended— in section 3103(b), by striking Employees and inserting, Notwithstanding section 102(a)(1)(A) of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 ( ; and 29 U.S.C. 2612(a)(1)(A) ), employees by striking sections 3104 and 3105.
