Section 101(2) is amended by adding at the end the following: For the period beginning on the date of enactment of The Heroes Act and ending on December 31, 2022— subparagraph (A)(i) shall be applied by substituting 90 days for 12 months ; and subparagraph (A)(ii) shall not apply. . Section 101(4) is amended by adding at the end the following: Subparagraph (A)(i) shall not apply with respect to a public agency described in subparagraph (A)(iii). .
