There is appropriated, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, to remain available until September 30, 2021— $500,000,000 under the heading Small Business Administration—Business Loans Program Account to carry out the requirements of sections 90010, 90011, and 90012 of this division; $7,000,000 under the heading Small Business Administration—Business Loans Program Account to carry out the requirements of section 90014 of this division; and $50,000,000 under the heading Small Business Administration—Entrepreneurial Development Programs for technical assistance grants, as authorized under section 90014 of this division.
