The flush matter following subparagraph
(E)of section 7(b)(2) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(b)(2) ) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: : . Provided further , That any application for a loan or guarantee made pursuant to this paragraph
(2)shall include a statement that an applicant is not ineligible for assistance under this paragraph solely because of the applicant’s involvement in the criminal justice system. Not later than 15 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall make necessary revisions to any rules to carry out the amendment made by this section.
