Section 4114(a)(1) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ) is amended by striking September 30, 2020 and inserting September 30, 2020, or the date on which such financial assistance is fully exhausted by the air carrier or contractor, whichever date occurs later . Section 4115 of such Act is amended— in subsection
(a)by striking
(a); and In General .— by striking subsection (b).
