Sec. 170103. COVID–19 Heroes Fund

There is established in the Treasury of the United States a fund to be known as the COVID–19 Heroes Fund (referred to in this section as the Fund ), consisting of amounts appropriated to the fund under section 170107. The Fund shall be administered by the Secretary of the Treasury. Amounts in the Fund shall be available to the Secretary of the Treasury for carrying out section 170104.
