The Director, in coordination with the Director of the National Institute of Justice, shall enter into an agreement with the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning, Research, and Evaluation of the Department of Health and Human Services under which the Deputy Assistant Secretary shall conduct a study and, not later than 6 years after the date of enactment of this Act, publicly issue a report— identifying risk factors that may make certain individuals more vulnerable to child sexual exploitation; identifying the programs with the greatest potential for preventing child sexual exploitation; and evaluating promising programs being developed in the field of child sexual exploitation prevention.
