In this title: The term conservation has the meaning given such term in section 215 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000, as redesignated by this Act. The term coral reef has the meaning given such term in section 215 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000, as redesignated by this Act. The term coral reef ecosystem has the meaning given such term in section 215 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6409 ), as redesignated by this Act. The term Freely Associated State means each of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau in an applicable Compact of Free Association with the United States.
The term Insular Area means each of American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands of the United States. The term resilience has the same meaning given such term in section 215 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000, as redesignated by this Act.
