Section 202 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6401 ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (6), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: to ensure healthy and resilient coral reefs for the benefit of island and coastal communities and the United States. .
