Section 9(b) of the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships ( 33 U.S.C. 1908(b) ) is amended— in paragraph

(1)by striking $25,000 and inserting $50,000 ; and in paragraph

(2)by striking $5,000 and inserting $10,000 .
